2022年6月24日(木)、IGR-IAEレンヌ校に日本のアグリフードグループ「味の素」が来校し、学生へのブレインストーミングを提案しました。以下の文章は英語です。

Ajinomoto is a global Japanese food company (https://www.ajinomoto.com/) with its European regional headquarters in Paris. Founded in 1908, it is today a group present on all continents, with more than 35,000 employees, in more than 35 countries and a turnover of 100 billion US$.
The objective of these brainstorming sessions is to participate in the creation of new concepts and ideas. Always driven by the ambition to develop a long term business by blending the concepts of sustainability, Japanese culture, nutrition and foodtech with their age-old know-how, AJINOMOTO wishes to reach out to the younger generation who are aware of the new trends.
The fact that our CFJM students are future experts in Japanese culture made the preparation of this workshop much easier. Before the meeting, the students prepared the workshop by answering a marketing questionnaire.
During this workshop, the students were able to discuss marketing, sales and development strategy with a view to developing new “Japanese” products for the European markets.
A big thank you to Mrs Iino and Mrs Silva and to the Ajinomoto group for their intervention and the exchanges they were able to have with our students, who were delighted with this end-of-year highlight!
